Return and Refund Policy
Key Information:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are completed within 10 days after we receive your return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- No Restocking Fees
- We accept exchanges.

Return Process
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items no matter the reason. After this period we won't accept your return anymore. To begin the return process, contact us at info@northstylefashion.com first. We will then send you a more detailed information. Before sending the items back to us, please make sure they are unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Use a reliable courier to send the package to us, so that it won't get lost. Bear in mind that you are responsible to cover any return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your package, we will send you a confirmation email. It will take us 10 days to process the refund. We will refund you to the original payment method you used to pay for the order. We don't charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
Are you not fully happy with the item? Maybe the size or color isn't the one you wanted? Don't worry about that as we offer exchanges. Just contact us at info@northstylefashion.com and explain what you want to exchange. We will help you to process the request.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@northstylefashion.com. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible, as we won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been processed or dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this sometimes happens. When you encounter such a problem, please take photos of the issue and send them to us at info@northstylefashion.com. We will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct, non-damaged item.
