- Item Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- No Restocking Fees
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges.

How to Return/Exchange:
- Contact Us: Email info@northstylefashion.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order details and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: We’ll confirm your request and provide shipping guidelines. Unapproved returns may be rejected.
- Secure Packaging: Ensure items are safely packed to prevent damage.
- Ship Back: Send returns to the provided address. Keep tracking details for reference.
- Refund/Exchange: Once inspected, refunds go to the original payment method. Exchanges are processed promptly.
Costs for returns
You are responsible for all return costs.
Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
Do you want to exchange your ordered product? Sure, no problem. Contact our customer support and they will give you instructions on how to make the exchange.
Damaged package?
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents. Then send it to along with your order number to our customer support team can find a solution for you.
Refunds
When we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you by email whether we accept it. If yes, you can expect your refund within 10 days using the same payment method you used to order from our store.
If your refund has been delayed, contact your bank or payment provider. If the problem is not on their side, please contact our customer support.
